Coffee on our green

We would like to invite all residents for a COFFEE ON OUR GREEN.
To be held on the sports field if the ground is dry or in the car park (Shirley Oaks Road) clear directions to the location will be evident on the morning.
A time to relax, meet other residents, exchange ideas for the further development of our community and enhancement of our environment.
If you are willing and free to help us erect a marquee between 9am and 10pm please let Jen know Jen.Tapping@btinternet.com or if you have any garden chairs that we could borrow that would be great.
Special permission to use the field has been obtained for this event from Shirley Oaks Management Limited.
